As expected, our football season came to an end tonight. 49-7 but WOS had more than a little help from the refs. When a ball hits the turf before it bounces back up into a players hands it's an incomplete pass...saw it hit; heard it hit...was right in front of us...but tonight...it was a "completed pass...1st down". They must play by different rules in east Texas ...thought Coach Rowe was going to "have a stoke" right in front of us! We'd have lost without that call ... and the others "missed" but it's so disheartening for the boys to play against "15 players" instead of the 11 on a football team. We didn't play our best game (guess we all had to much turkey yesterday ); played a good team and got our butts beat. But then, there aren't that many Texas teams "still in the race" for the championship trophy. Good season for us!

Sorry about your team. Stinks when the refs don't have a clue and can't make the right calls.
