well its official my moms house just sold for 1.8mil.

everything went thru last night. So now it’s the hunt for a new place and then get our house sold too which we have to go a lot of work on to get ready to show it, two kids can collect a lot of stuff on just a few years lol

we want to repaint and clean the carpets and declutter A LOT

I "feel" for you having just gone through that process, exactly a year ago, before our remodeling started! So much harder with 2 little ones "under foot"; they'll want to keep their toys available yet the "clutter" needs to be gone......what stressful days you have ahead of you! MAYBE you should let Mom take the kids to DW for a weekor two ; imagine how nice it would be to de-clutter without them "under foot"! So happy for you guys; exciting few months ahead of you!

But just think how much easier it would be to have them out of the house! All I can say is I don't envy you and Emily! I STILL have a couple of boxes to unpack and get the contents back in the kitchen cabinet. You sure don't realize how much "stuff" you collect over the years until you have to pack it all up!
