GOOD birthday dinner for Amanda and even managed to watch the 1st half of the soccer game at 5! BUSY day but now "peace and quiet" for a week! DD and family are leaving for Ruidosa, NM and fresh snow tomorrow afternoon and we'll be enjoying a "nice Arctic front" this weekend. Most likely our last bit of winter before the snakes, bugs and mosquitos return for the next 9 months!

I saw that on the Weather Channel earlier today! We're suppose to be up to 75 tomorrow before the Arctic Front arrives with highs in the 40's on Friday! But no snow! Hang in there...the warmer weather will get there sooner or later! Hope it's SOONER!

... at least with snow you can take your kids sledding! Next week is beautiful for us so hang in there; mid-70's all week. Then we'll have 80s and before we know it hot~hot~hot! Probably about a month before Katie is begging David to get the pool ready! Just hope y'all don't get those high temperatures like you did last year but I know "warmth" will welcomed!

Actually Jeff...this WALL was there when it was GMR and make sure you put the Runaway Railroad "on the list" for your next trip. Your kids will LOVE IT! Yes...I was looking for the "covered outside queue area" and we entered the attraction from the side, not front, door. Took this picture when David was visiting with his new "little friend". That adorable little guy patted him on the leg and told him "Thank you for your service Sir". (He had his Vietnam Veteran hat on.) His Dad is a police officer, Mom a teacher and we had the BEST visit with this family as we continued in the queue.

Actually Jeff...this WALL was there when it was GMR and make sure you put the Runaway Railroad "on the list" for your next trip. Your kids will LOVE IT! so my moms house is pretty much sold. they have agreed to a price and just need to have an inspection prior to the 16th

so if all goes well we can start looked for real for a new place

they can still back out but there was alot of back and forth so i think they really want the place so it should all go well

Thanks for update....been wondering how the sale was going. Have fun looking for YOUR dream house now! Our next door neighbor put her home on the market last week too. No more than 1/2 an acre, 1400 sq. ft. home and she's asking $360,000! Priced double what's it's worth!
