Yes it’s been stupid cold and snowy. It’s snowed a little every day this week. I’d rather deal with snow and cold than snakes. I don’t do snakes especially poisonous ones it’s the one thing that may keep me from moving south.

YES...you "do" snakes" like I do! It's not like they're everywhere but it's just you never know WHERE they are! David SO wants to move "to the country/woods" where Amanda lives but I absolutely refuse! At least where we are now we rarely see rattlesnakes but she kills at least one BIG one every year and with all the trees around she never gets the yard free of leaves and has a lot more copperheads than we do too. Nope...not gonna live there if I can help it; perfectly happy in our little area on the edge of town. But you have to deal with SO MUCH SNOW and REALLY cold temperatures. Honestly don't know if I'd be able to deal with that 6 months of the year! I love the cooler temperatures but -4 is WAY more than I'd be able to handle for long. But then, you probably wouldn't last long in our summer heat either! I DON'T LAST LONG IN OUR SUMMER HEAT! Any projections as to how long you'll be dealing with the winter weather yet? David wanted to take my plants out of the garage today but checked the 30 day forecast and could have one more "cool spell" so we're waiting another week or so. Sure hope some warmer weather heads your way soon!

my moms house finally hit the market with the open house this weekend.

dont mind the video its of the wrong house and they are working on it

they listed a b bit below market value to get alot of interest so the price hopefully will go up with the offers. place seem to be going for 200k-500k above asking price these days

she is hoping for anything above 1.8mil

I LOVE THAT HOUSE! I'm betting it sells within a week! Love, love, love her kitchen and master bath! One thing I'd change with our house would be a larger master bath area; ours is MINIMUM size and, as we're getting older, it's not working anymore! Hope neither one of us ever has to be in a wheelchair! We'll be in DEEP trouble! Of course, the "Mickey Mouse" bedroom is adorable! She did an awesome job with the remodel ; you'd better start shopping for the "new place"! Can't see that staying on the market for long!
