All the people I know who have covid right now are vaccinated. We think that's why she doesn't want anyone over because not everyone is vaccinated. I get not wanting everyone there at once but to not allow anyone over even one family at a time is stupid. It's not like they are quarantining they all got to work and go here and there.

The place where Nick had his car towed to. It's the place that we take our cars to get worked on they sell used cars and they had one Jeep. He wanted another Jeep but an upgrade from what he has now. They have one like he has now but a new model and it has every option. So of course he loves it. There was some condensation in the tail lights that they need to fix. Yes it's going to cost an arm and a leg. Stupidly over priced but I searched around and ALL vehicles are overpriced so it doesn't matter where you go.

Well thank goodness he found one! Hard though to fork over the kind of money they're asking though! Sounds like a perfect fit for him ...nice Christmas gift!

I can't believe your sister-in-law is "drinking the Kool-Aid"! How sad for that family. You're exactly right; they're working and going places and in/out of stores and they don't trust THE FAMILY to be there! If nothing else let y'all come and wear masks! Wouldn't be fun but at least y'all could be together and Don could see his Mom!

Mandy and Bryan are "somewhere over Colorado" right now and I'm sure she's MISERABLE! She had a stuffy nose, slight cough...cold symptoms...yesterday and she's having to wear the mask all the way to Portland, Oregon! At least' SHE'LL get a "White Christmas" ; up to 10" of snow in the areas they'll be visiting. They were lucky to get off on time; 2 hours later there were already almost 40 delayed flights leaving Bush Airport in Houston. Meanwhile back in Texas, we have those "wonderful south winds" blowing with 40-50 mph gusts and bringing "every allergen known to man" 'causing me to "relapse" and reach for the Puff's With Lotion all morning! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE!

Having issues with Disboards site . This past week it won't load after 3 AM ; hopefully now that the hustle/bustle of Christmas is mostly done I won't be TRYING to get on after 3 AM! Now today NORTON wouldn't let me get on due to "Privacy issues" ; finally managed in a "round about way". Anyone else having issues?

Fun Christmas Eve but boy was Cheryl and her family missed. DID manage to get a family photo after I told "the boys" we weren't opening gifts until AFTER I got a picture with both of them SMILING! Didn't take long after that threat! MERRY CHRISTMAS from our family to all my Disboards family!

Got the house back to normal and time to "play Santa" (hence the 3 AM try on Disboards....took forever!)

Well that makes me feel better! Had no problem getting on this evening so maybe it's corrected. If I remember, last year during the last week of the year there were some issues. David said it may have something to do with the website not updating information needed to BE online...a licensing thing. Hope that's it.

Thanks on the picture...ALWAYS fun doing timer photos! One time we were waiting and waiting and I'd FORGOTTEN to start the process; another time I was late getting in the photo; another time the camera slipped off the "perch" I had it on! Took 7 tries to get this picture! But then I got out my "illusion" glasses....you look at Christmas lights and they "turn into" gingerbread men, stars, "noel", elves, etc.; we were all standing in the middle of the street "playing". Such a fun evening!

Always makes me smile when I get the big smiles over DISNEY gifts! Allie loved her Porg , Stitch hat (so did Treavor) and her "Disney dishes"; Katie was super excited about the wooded It's A Small World puzzle she has to "build"; Sara's latest addition to her Disney Snow Village is a MINNIE'S DANCE STUDIO and Katie can't wait until she can drive her car to school and use the sunscreen I had made for her from a RnR Photopass picture, put the new yard signs in the yard...and, remember the kid's cartoon/movies The Land Before Time...she LOVED it so I got her a collection of the movies!

But the BEST of the entire day was Allie's surprise with the autographed jersey of her FAVORITE soccer player. SO glad Treavor found it on Ebay...and we were able to purchase it before anyone else! I made her "work for it" and wrapped it in 3 boxes but the reaction from her was one we've NEVER seen with a gift!

...and David and I had pretty much the same reaction when we opened our gift from Sara & Treavor! "Old, longtime" Cowboy fans would understand our excitement!
