Since we are talking about kitchens,

here is our news
my mom is redoing her whole kitchen as well here are a few photos of the rendering of that it will look like. , demo is going to start soon it has already sort of stating with a few items. So is also redoing her master ensuite as well along with a few other items around the house.

She is doing all this work because she is going to sell and wants the most she can get. She is hoping for around 1.6 mil.

Hopefully all this will be done by the end of summer time.

And when she goes to sell we are also going to sell too and then combine and buy a big house together with a suite down stairs or a detached coach house where she will live and we will have the rest of the house. We have been playing around with this idea for a while but finally decided to do it.

With both places sold. All debt gone we are looing at a budget around 2 mil but we would probably get something below that so we have some extra money for other things

WOW houses are really expensive in Canada. I would love a kitchen that big. Looks so nice.

You know I know nothing about Disney Springs. Hoping someone else will solve this. East Side? West side? Market place?

Denise....you don't know much about Disney Springs just like I know nothing about AK table service restaurants. My entire family refuses to eat at them; we do Flame Tree, Restaurantosaurus, Yak & Yeti QS, Starbucks and dessert at Satu'li Canteen. None of us can and/or will eat food with the spices used. Same for Skipper Canteen....we'll never eat there again. We were all so glad when the girls got to big for Character Breakfast; we didn't have to "buy a meal" at Tusker House anymore. I just keep "guessing" and sometimes get lucky on those crops. You and Diane have the general location of this restroom; if I remember correctly it's an "original" DS restroom . They remodeled it before our 2019 trip and it's really nice and clean now. It's in the Marketplace area.

Karolyn, you not being familiar with Tusker House and Tiffins is hardly comparable with me not knowing the 1,000 of acres, shops and restaurants of Disney Springs. I don't have time to do any research on the bathrooms right now. Everyone else can enjoy this one.

we are planning on selling out townhome for around 700,000

both of these are a bit over our budget but we may get more of our places when we sell so then we can look a bit higher

David got so sick after eating the steak with all the strange spices we ALMOST had to leave the Christmas party! Everyone enjoys something different! We tried it; won't do it again...but LOVED the staff!

i try to not use public washroom at all. i will hold it if i need to. lol

Wow! Those places are palatial!! You must be rich! Those houses would cost a fortune down here too. Nothing like that near me that I know of. Good for you and your family! Just make sure you save enough money to go to Disney World! Things are opening back up here!!!
