Today's storm didn't drop the rain like yesterday but WOW on the lightening/thunder/wind! VERY hot/humid this morning so, even with the weather forecasters "10% chance of rain", I thought there would probably be a storm; and the best part...dropped the temperature down to 73 degrees...no pool time today!

Attraction, shop or food service?

It was sunny and 80 here today. It stinks not having our pool open. We ordered a pump on line and going to try to get away with the filter we have for this season. So hopefully we can open it soon. May take a bit to get the water cleaned up.

Went to put the AC in the bedroom today and it doesn't work. One more thing to be replaced. We kind of figured because last year toward the end of summer it wasn't working too good. We have a small one in the entry room off of the kitchen so at least the kitchen is cool.

When it's 80 and sunny you NEED to be in that pool! Hope it comes in soon; took us about 2 weeks to get our water clear enough this year but we have a new cover for this winter which will help next year. You are just having things break down every time you turn around! At least your kitchen area is cool...having to wear that boot does NOT help!

When it's 80 and sunny you NEED to be in that pool! Hope it comes in soon; took us about 2 weeks to get our water clear enough this year but we have a new cover for this winter which will help next year. You are just having things break down every time you turn around! At least your kitchen area is cool...having to wear that boot does NOT help!
