Brrr looks COLD

It WAS...we're just not "made" for this especially since it was 75 degrees YESTERDAY! I had to put handwarmers in my shoes when we got back in the car 'cause I couldn't feel my feet! I did pretty good during the game and spent about 5 minutes in the restroom at half-time ...even stood behind the north end goal and took pictures for almost 20 minutes...actually felt a little warmer there because the concession stand blocked some of the wind. The "chilled to the bone" cold set in with about 15 minutes left in the game ...I couldn't WAIT for the clock to show 0:00! The girls didn't even visit with the parents afterwards...went STRAIGHT to the bus! DD checked Redstorm out and they went to get some dinner but went back for the 2nd half of the boys game. She took the entire box of hand warmers I gave her for Christmas and shared with her teammates. She kept the foot and body warmers though for herself. We cranked the car heater up to 80 and finally warmed up about half-way to our dinner destination! And get this...Tuesday/Wednesday WE'LL BE BACK UP TO THE HIGH 70'S! The girls LOVED the cookies and candy!

Looks like Denise is getting the snow she needed! Weather Channel has the entire State of Washington "snowy"; did I see possible ice for you Diane? Can't remember if that was yesterday or earlier in the week. I'm SO glad this coming week is an "easy" one ; need to get "caught up" physically AND mentally!

We had ice last week. Ice and then freezing rain on top of it. I saw the whole sate of Washington is getting a lot of snow.

Yes, this was taken in a WS country; I'm not sure about the lantern but would guess that it is.
