Bad new good news

I have sorta talk my self out of a summer trip to DW. With Emily being off work for a year and not having much in the Disney saving account it might be bit of a stretch to save enough for a trip in less then 8 months away. I don’t like to go into debt for stuff I always like to have the money saved first.

However that being said I have been given the green light to book a fall trip if they do ever release a free dining package for last fall around Nov would be best. And we have also talk to my mom and she would be on board to watch Ella for us when we go. So that’s all good.

Now I just have to save save save and keep an eye out for any info on a fall free dining package or any other fall deals that will save us money

:sad1: Hate to say this but I THINK the speculation is no fall free dining because of the crowd expected for the opening of Star Tours. I really, REALLY hope I'm wrong since we're considering a November trip. I really wish I could remember where I read that, it was back in December and one of the sites I follow on Facebook. With that said, I FULLY understand! I always like to have at least 75% saved for a trip; don't mind charging some of it but not the entire trip. On another note...even if you wait until 2020 it will be a special trip for you, Emily and James and Mom will probably have even more fun watching Ella as she starts "getting into things" :goodvibes. It's hard to postpone a trip; we've had to do it more than once and honestly, it WOULD be better if WE postponed any fall trip for 2019 but with Redstorm graduating in 2020 we know how limited our time with her is and we want to take advantage of the fact that she STILL wants to go to Disney World with her grandparents! :lovestruc :tink:

well we are planning our big family trip for 2021 for the 50th this trip was just to fill in the space between lol

even if they don't have a dining deal I am going to be saving as much as I can so when we get closer we will see deals are out there. out flights are covered with points so its just the Disney portion we have to save for

2021 is when I'm planning OUR big family trip; we'll be celebrating OUR 50th wedding anniversary that year! :lovestruc I'm "marking time" too on this year; about 75/25 on going, Disney deal or no Disney deal. Just don't want to pass up the time with DGD's while they're still willing to share their time with us! :goodvibes :tink:
