WHAT a long day! Two doctors appointments today and I overslept to begin the day! Only 1 minute late to first appointment; got shopping done and ready to relax!

FORTY FIVE...yes 45...YEARS AGO TODAY WE WALKED DOWN THE AISLE...

...and Diane...it's all your fault we're throwing "caution to the wind" and booking our anniversary and retirement celebration for DISNEY WORLD! When Diane mentioned she hoped to go to DW for her 25th anniversary it dawned on me that OUR 45th was in a few days. When I asked DH if he was serious about wanting to go at Christmas his answer was, "What else can I get the girl of my dreams, who has EVERYTHING, including ME ...yes...book it!" We choose the cheapest resort Disney offers, All Star Music with park tickets and dining plan for December 5th - 13th. Tickets bought for the Christmas party Dec. 8th; we're trying a couple of new restaurants; Candlelight Processional; a whole day at Disney Springs (hopefully a balloon ride ) and we may not even book fastpasses (other than Soarin' and FROZEN)! Totally a "do what we want when we want it" vacation and I think he's more excited than I am!

"The hair" was the first thing DGD commented on too! She LOVED it! But then...she's used to the "puffy" style ...especially when performing on stage...

...one of the other dance Mom's told me I should be the one fixing the hair at the next competition! Let's just say our 45 years have been "an adventure"...just think Jeff...before you know it you and Emily will be looking back on your l-o-n-g married life with your grandchildren!

Both DGD's had good days. Redstorm received her "official" volleyball jersey and the Princess got her first job! She was asked by her ballet teacher to be her assistant with the younger dancers! She is thrilled..."Mimi...I'm getting paid"!

i would feel bad but i am on a stay vacation lol so i slept in too haha
james is at school and emily had to work today but the rest of the week we are planning on doing little trips around town tourist in your own town type stuff

My next big purchase after a new house and probably with in the next 5 years is going to be a motorhome. I have already started to price them out I am wanting a class C which is like the one in he picture.

So when we have another kid we can go on little trips and stuff. I am not much one for camping but with a growing family and stuff I think it will be a good investment. Like we could have used it this week instead of staying home lol

and so far emily has not said no on my plan either lol

Sounds like a good vacation! I actually slept through 3 alarms ... woke up, looked at the clock and thought the 9 was an 8 on the clock. Put glasses on and went CRAP...IT IS A 9! Which meant I had 45 minutes to get dresses and drive 20 minutes to my appointment at the EYE DOCTOR. Enjoy your week...sounds like fun.
