This is so true. I was talking about our trip with a co-worker who has never been to Disney. He was saying how he would love to bring his kids. He asked "How are the crowds in the summer? I bet there are crazy long lines." I said there are lines but we got there at rope drop and used fastpass and didn't wait for anything." He was like "What's a fastpass?" I explained it to him and he was amazed "You just get to cut in front of everyone?"

Yes, this is outside on the ride close to the birdhouses. It's not a house so not associated with Br'er Fox, rabbit or Bear...it's a "location"...city/town/village...the name of a specific area...

Just got a picture from DH...he and Brian are at the final pre-season game of the season and watching the COWBOYS and the Texans. Looks like they have the stadium to themselves!

I'll give you a hint...this "place" could be the reason you got so wet!

I remember you telling me that! And we barely got wet ...Redstorm kept telling me when to pull my poncho hood up! Good game for them...Brian is a Texan fan and, of course, we're Cowboy fans. Hard to judge how things will go...NO starters playing or even started but Cowboys look much better than last week. Keep going back-forth on games...A&M is opening it's season tonight too and on SEC Network. Finally turned the Cowboys on the Sirus Radio so now I know when to switch it back and watch that game. ... and watching Redstorms soccer highlight video that we just finished uploading to the recruiting website while making a Dr. Pepper cake for DH's birthday!

Yes...the name of this place has something to do with water...not necessary "falls" but a form of water is in the name....

I looked it up too after Denise mentioned it...checked the Orlando newspaper. Was close to DW but not on property; there was an accident in July in POP resort area where worker was killed or injured while working on the tram station I think.

I was reading where it was right outside the Caribbean entrance, which would make it the new Riviera site... Perhaps the article had the wrong location? I know there's so much new construction all over the Orlando area. Bob's Barricades is making a ton of money right now!

So your DD is only a year ahead of my youngest DGD...she'll in the 7th grade! FUN time for them but is your's "12/13 going on 18? Our little Princess is a true DIVA and can already tell the next 6 years will be "full of adventure!" You had the same attitude we did...rain at DW doesn't count! It got a little annoying toward the end of the trip but thank goodness our last day there was virtually rain free so we ended on a good note! Already thinking about when our next one could be too! Told my sister this afternoon, as we were going through the last of the necessary things after Mom's funeral last week, I HATE "being an adult"...I'd LOVE to just pack up and spend the next MONTH in "my happy place"!

She's definitely 13, but not "18" - yet. She's having fun with her friends and asking to stay out a little later when she's out with friends and their families... You know the old, "Is it okay to go to the Cat Café with so and so and her Mom? We'll be back at 7." Then, "Hi Mom. Can we walk around Asbury Park with so and so's Mom? We'll be home at 8:30." Followed by the call, "Hey Mom... Can we go back to so and so's house to hang for another hour? And by the way... We have to go back to Asbury tomorrow for dinner because I found this great purse in a consignment shop, but I didn't have enough money."
