Well Jeff is the closest. This is from a park and there is a "washroom" in the picture. I'm going to ask for a more specific location though.

First thought was the water fountain at the TTC. It kinda looks like it could Italy. But I will go with HS on Sunset. I think there are tiles just outside the bathrooms.
