Anyone ever have the Banana Bread Pudding that's served (or used to be) at Boma's? My friend gave me an old magazine she found in an antique store with Disney recipes and this was one of them. Sounds REALLY good...
It's been so long I don't remember.
I'll see if I can find the Ohana recipe and compare. This recipe is really simple...croissants, bananas, half-and-half or whipping cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon topped with vanilla ice cream before serving...but was hoping for a review before I made it. I may get brave and make it for DH's birthday on the 31st...unless DGD's demand my banana pudding or Dr. Pepper Cake.

The first was for the Princess's birthday and made one yesterday for the teachers at the elementary school...they're trying to make their "back to school workshops" a little easier to deal with!
