Perfect timing on this article. Had my 6 month checkup today; I've had to give up my Blue Bell Ice Cream (product recall) and been swimming/walking 30 laps around the pool daily. Results: lost 13 pounds! I will NOT feel guilty when I try #1 on the list...Peanut Butter, Banana and Candied BACON pie from the Boardwalk Bakery.

Swimming is such great exercise. I love to do laps in my pool too. Someday it will warm up so I can get in. It's up to 69.

Swimming is awesome...especially on HOT days. At least your water temp is going UP. I thought about you when I read #8; both DD's would (will) love the Carrot Cake Cookie. I also wouldn't mind trying the Grand Marnier Slush.
