Where in the parks can we buy the "special" 4th of July pins?

Hi!

I've seen the 4th of July pins and they're adorable! We'll be at MK and EPCOT on Sunday the 4th and would love to get the pins. But, WHERE exactly in the parks are they? Are there some at every pin station or are they only at special ones? Also, how long will they last?
We will be at MK for opening, so I'm not terribly concerned about that one. But, we won't be at EPCOT until about noon. Will they be gone by then?

This is our 1st time for one of these limited editions and we're very excited. Thanks for your help!

P.S. Just in case we change our plans, where are they in MGM and AK? Thanks again!

They'll actually be released tomorrow. You'll find a different one at each park. At MGM it'll be the Sorcerer's Hat, at MK it'll be on Mainstreet. At EPCOT it'll be pin central. I forget where at AK.

Limited Edition pin releases are usually available:

MK ~ Exposition Hall
MGM ~ Sorcerer's Hat
AK ~ Island Mercantile
Epcot ~ Pin Central

Hard to say how long these may last. With an edition size of 2500, they should last well into the afternoon. . . but there are, of course, no guarantees.

We were in WDW for the Memorial Day surprise Tinkerbell pins, one per park, LE1000. They were all available well into the afternoon. However those were a <i>surprise</i> release, so people were caught unawares. These July 4th pins have been announced for almost a month. But they are 2500 v. <i>1000</i>.

Dispins did not say where the 5th pin with Jiminy Cricket was being released.

The Jiminy was released 250 at each park. I got to Epcot right around noon and was able to get two. I then went to AK, MGM & MK (in that order) for the other pins; all of them had been sold out of the Jiminy's before I got there. I was also able to get the Canada Day surprise pin (LE 500 with two chipmonks) at Epcot.

We bought the Epcot and MK July 4th pins Thursday night.
I did not see the Jiminy. They were evidently sold out by the evening.
When they split them between multiple areas, looks like it will be a hit and miss.
