Where in the park can you find the BEST onion rings?

Anyone know? I haven't had GOOD onion rings in forever and haven't eaten them in a very long time. With our upcoming visit approaching, I wanted to treat myself to some good ones. Anyone know where in the park has some good ones? THANKS!

I must say that before the remodeling of DLH in the late '90s and the introduction of Downtown Disney, the 'old' Disneyland Hotel had a restaurant called the Monorail Cafe and it had the BEST BEST BEST EVER onion rings - oh, they were so good, they melted in your mouth. I WISH they would bring back the Monorail Cafe and stick it somewhere in some hotel (even if not in the DLH) - it was like a good old fashioned diner/coffee shop/pie shop kind of place and the food was sooooooo good. Oh, the milkshakes! The pie! The BBQ chicken sandwich! YUM!

But, since the Monorail Cafe and its delectable onion rings are gone, I have to say that the ones in Taste Pilots Grill are pretty darn tasty!

I like the ones at TPG too. And the criss cut fries there are really good too!!

Hm, they're decent size. Not super gigantic, but not regular size. The ones at Taste Pilot's are yummy too. I forgot about those.

Ooo, the crisscut are delish. With BBQ sauce.

I love me some good rings also... TPG and Hungry Bear have "Real" onion ring none of that crappy Burger King pressed/dehydrated onion rings, at least both places tasted like real rings!!!

I miss and no longer can have onion rings. Hands down the best onion rings are at Taste Pilot's Grill. You can order ribs or a cheddarburger and have the onion rings on the side. The condiment bar includes fresh lettuce, tomatos, pickles, onion slices, barbecue sauce, and ketchup with packets of mayo and mustard. The burgers are the biggest and best in DLR. For about $10 you can do a drink, onion rings and cheddarburger.

Add some Ranch and I'm in heaven. No clue why but I love to mix BBQ sauce & Ranch on my fries. YUM!!!! I will dip a fry in the Ranch and then in BBQ and then angels sing....

my quextion is.... are they made there or frozen ? I make killer onion rings from scratch and there to die for, but frozen are gross. I to would love to go some where they actually had fresh onion rings and fries and not frozen.

I use about a half a pkg of seasoning to a regular size bottle of dressing it just gives this great taste that compliments mexican dishes!!! or if you buy in bulk(which sometimes I do) use about 1 and a 1/2 or 2 tablespoons. My aunt taught me this trick like 25 yrs ago. She would mix it a taco salad then put some on side if you wanted a little more but a little goes a long way so a bottle could last quite awhile!!

The last time I had ORings were at TPG, and they were quite tasty. But in all honesty, they are most likely frozen, not fresh. I don't think too many other places serve them. Probably in DTD, like at ESPN or HOB.
