Where in DTD is this Cupcake Store????

I know there used to be one way down by ESPN Zone on the way to the DLH. The cupcakes were no good

Is this a new one in a different location?

Anyone tried their cupcakes? Are they any good?

Same company and still down at that end of DTD, in front of Apricot Lane, I believe.
