It looks like we will be at Disney (off-site) over Christmas 2008 and I am just trying to think of where we should eat that evening?

I am thinking perhaps Chef Mickeys (have never been) or Coral Reef (fav Disney restaurant) but would be really welcome to any suggestions.

Thank you

Are you going to be able to get reservations this close to Christmas? I've never been to WDW during Christmas but from what I hear it is pretty busy.

Hi Riu girl

I just decided today to go next year at Christmas also. I'm thinking some where at Wilderness lodge would be lovely,,great Christmas themeing. I also like the idea of checking out the restaurants in Magic Kingdom also. I've heard it's one of the busiest days of the year so early planning is the way to go .Check out Deb's site all ears for menu suggestions. Have fun planning.

Hugs Mel

This will be our 4th Christmas at WDW and we already have our reservations for Christmas 2008. I don't recall how early you can book your ADRs but we booked ours for this year in Sept. which was a little later than usual. We have eaten at Chef Mickeys on Christmas Day and enjoyed it. My only word of advice, other than book as early as possible, is it may be better to book a restaurant in one of the resorts as the parks on Christmas Day are crazy crowded!:santa:

We are heading down this year for our third Christmas trip. The first year we went on short notice and ate at the Concourse Steak House, they were serving a traditional dinner, it was okay. Last year we ate at Liberty Tree Tavern which we enjoyed very much, it is a character meal so if you have kids they will enjoy it as well. This year we are returning to Liberty Tree.

We have eaten at Rose and Crown (Candlelight Processional) and at the Whispering Canyon four other times (we were staying at the WL which made it convenient) on Christmas day. I would,nt care if I ate a peanut butter sandwich for dinner, as long as I was at WDW on Christmas day.

We are having Christmas Day Brunch with Chef Mickey!

We are planning to do Christmas at WDW in 08 also. Do most restaurants serve a 'traditional meal' or do some offer something unique eg:jiko or boma's?
