Where exactly is Cosmic Rays?

Can someone tell me where this is in Tomorrowland? How crowded would they be at 6pm on a non-EMH day in March? TIA

It is located across from the Indy Speedway cars. Not sure on crowd levels.

ETA - the name on the building says Starlight Cafe. This confused us and we walked right past it the first time.

It is a gigantic counter service (fast food) place. We've were there 12/30 and it still wasn't overcrowded.

Also, be sure to check out all the stations for different food choices - each side has different menus (one has chicken, one has burgers, one soup/salads, wraps and sandwiches). I think the first couple times we were in there we didn't realize each window had different menu choices - makes it great when everyone wants something different!

Are the kids selections the same at all the stations?

Maybe others have had a good experience at Cosmic Rays but to this day when I think about the food I ate there I want to gag. I got the turkey wrap and it was plain nasty. No one in my party cared for the food they got. I really thought I would end up with food poisoning. The tables were extremely small and they were round so you couldn't really push two tables together. The place was rather dirty as well.
