Are you talking about the food kiosks for the International Food and Wine Festival held each fall in Epcot? I'm not sure who is responsible for the food, though.

I assume you mean for the Magical Gatherings for groups of 8 or more. My understanding is that the food is from Ecpot World Showcase restaurants and is served buffet style.
