Where does DME information show up on MDE??

We have a room only reservation that we called to book to get he military discount but did not have flights booked at the time. Our reservation shows in MDE. Once we booked our flights I tried to add them online but could not find anywhere on the website to add it so I did the online chat where I was sent a link and was told if that didn't work we would have to call. The link did not work so my husband called and gave them the flight information. I still don't see anything in MDE. Is this normal?

Our last trip in 2015 we booked this same way but the flight information showed in MDE??

It doesn't show in MDE and never has to my knowledge.

I've always called to add my flight info for DME, and I have never seen it in the MDE app or website.

Ok thanks. I thought I was able to see it under transportation reservations (or something like that) last trip but obviously I was mistaken

So I guess i just hope my luggage tags show up and if not I have to call. I wish it would show up in MDE so I would have the piece of mind that it is set up.

If you were to have booked DME at the time of booking your reservation there would have been a place for "ground transportation" but it still would not show up in MDE later.
I wouldn't worry about it too much especially since you called and spoke to a CM to do it. They put your info in while you are on the phone.

Once your eligible to check in online it shows under arrival time but by then you may have already received the Magical Express package in the mail.

If you call, write down the name and city of the person you talked to although you won't need this information after you later receive a Magical Express package or print-screen a web page showing your DME reservation.

This is why I sign up online instead. I get email confirmation that they have the info
If you can't get the link to work in 1 browser, change to another one. It's wonky
