DH and I usually stay at the Best Western but he stayed there a couple weeks ago and it's looking a little tired. Holiday Inn Express is about $40 more a night which doesn't really seem worth it for only a few hours.

Suggestions?

12/2004 we stayed at the Comfort Suites (behind Holiday Inn Express on Dick Road) for 89US plus tax (mini-suite sleeps 6, fridge , microwave, shuttle, 2 weeks parking, brekkie, ). I really wanted to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but it was $109. The comfort Suites was fine, rooms BIG but a little dark. Other then that great. Nice pool, small gym, hot tub also.
We are booked again this Dec. at $89 but will switch to Holdiay Inn Express if I can find a comparable price.

We stayed at Holiday Inn express a few times and loved it. Very new, clean and excellent shuttle service. But like you said you aren't in the room long enough and that difference could be a nice lunch or a few Mickey t-shirts.

We are staying at the Clarion, $69+tax. Never did the Stay and fly thing before so we will see how it goes.

Just one warning about the HI express - do NOT accept a room near the pool. DH and I learned the hard way!! There is also a stairwell to the second floor right near the pool where the kids from the pool and their extended, unbelievably loud, family raced up and down slamming the door every 10 mins until about 1am. I was ready to scream - but being the good Canadian I did nothing except swear to my husband lol

Where is the Clarion? I can't picture it on that strip.

Hampton Inn as it has a hot buffet breakfast in the morning as a standard.

I've booked the Millenium Inn. It is right beside the mall. Has anyone stayed there?

I have never been there but looking at the map provided by Choice hotels it is on the corner of #90 and #78? I think it is a few more kms away but less than 5 minutes. I am a little concerned that it seem cheaper than the others.

We just booked two apartment style suites at the Homewood Suites - Airport for December. It includes a hot breakfast buffet and if you are staying Mon-Thur a light meal at the eveing managers reception.

It includes Park 'n Fly (Saving parking at the airport) and 24 hours shuttle.

We stayed at Millenium twice in the past 10 days -- going to Orlando and returning. The hotel is OK. Clean rooms, but some of the common areas are tired. We had a room in the tower on the return, and it was it very good condition.

Stayed at the Comfort Suites this past January and it was great for the 6 of us.

We are staying at the Quality Inn this coming January for $89 stay and fly because it is just DH and I = no kids. I always get my TA to book my rooms so I am assuming it is a decent place to stay.

I have called and requested a refurbished room. Hopefully, everything will be in good condition.

We ended up going with the Best Western. It's a little tired but I couldn't justify the $30 extra for the Holiday Inn Express when we'll only be in the room 6 hours.

Thanks for your suggestions.
