Where do you get on the bridge to Mickey and Friends from DTD?

I didn't see where we would get on the bridge to walk back to the Mickey and Friends lot last weekend. We walked all the way through DTD and ended up having to do some backtracking when we got to the new parking lot. The bridge did have another stairway in the middle that we were able to use to, but I know it starts somewhere else.

The pathway to the bridge is along the east edge of the DTD parking lot (behind the Rainforest Cafe building). If you exit between ESPN and RC you take a right to get to the walking path.

This actually seems to be a recurring issue. It’s not clearly marked in DTD to turn right at former ESPN/Rainforest to exit toward the path, so people end up exiting toward DLH and then have to walk around the bank of trees and end up wandering through the parking lot and walking through the grass/plants to reconnect with the path.

It’s also a bit of an issue if you want to use the path/bridge to go to and from DLH as there’s no obvious connector.

As a result, there are always people wandering through the parking lot, and a bunch of the grass and plants by the path have been trampled. They are adding a concrete egress from the parking lot, which should help anyone who is coming from the parking lot.

I love the new bridge/path. They just need to mark it clearly in DTD so people use the correct exit!

We walked out that way and I guess we totally missed it. I'll have to walk it from the parking garage to see exactly where it is on the DTD end, I guess. Hopefully, they will get better signage up soon.

Today, they had a sign after exiting through security by the old ESPN building, that pointed right for the walkway to Mickey & Friends. I didn't notice any sign inside DTD though.

I was happy to see the concrete they've put in where people kept cutting across the grass (it's still fenced off and a person was in there working).
