Where do you get AP's?

I know the Disney Store doesn't sell them- I have tried to get them from WDW webpage, but it keeps bringing up an error message when I click on the tickets icon. Where else can I buy an AP? I would prefer to have it before our trip.

It does not matter if you buy it in advance or not. If you do buy it in advance, you willl actually receive a voucher and have to exchange the voucher for the actual pass at a Park or Downtown Disney Guest Services. If you buy it at the parks you can get it at any ticket window.

but, I do need to get it in advance to book at an AP room rate, correct?

No, you do not need to have the AP when you book the room or even when you arrive. However, when you check in if they ask to see the AP and you do not have it, you have 24 hours to come back to the desk and show your AP or they will change you to rack rate. This has never been a problem for anyone that I have heard of.

I had the same type of "error" that you had on the ticket ordering page & if you clean out your temporary internet files, it should take care of the problem....The WDW site is a bit goofy that way....

In MArch I order mine on the internet, and had them mail me 1 voucher for and AP so I could sign up for the DDE, then the other 3 tickets I did will call. I found this to be great.
