Where do you find the strip that looks like a film reel?

I hope I can discribe this right. I have seen in some of the layouts on this board a cut out that looks like a reel of film. it has rectangle sections on the strip. where did you find this. Is it from a Cricut mach?

I have gotten it as a transparency at my lss and I also have it on my Mickey and Friends cart for the cricut.

Yep, it's on the Mickey & Friends cart.. It's awesome!!! Oh, which reminds me.. need to email DH and tell him on the way home to stop and buy me new mats!!!

I also have it in a Sizzix die - I'm actually using it today for my MGM layouts!

I just checked my Mickey and Friends Cricut Cartridge and I don't see it. The only thing close to it is a fence with a post at the one end. Do they have more than one Mickey and Friends cartridges?
