Where do you find the best price??

DH just mentioned that he would like to go to WDW THIS Feb.!!!! (We were taking a year off... ). But that's such short notice (especially since we can only go during President's Week - don't worry, that's the only time of year we've ever been, so we don't know any different!) According to WDW site, POP's all sold out, but we can stay at ASM for $150/night! Is that the best I'm going to find? If so, I might be convinced to stay offsite this trip...

Not sure if you qualify for the special rates but I recently stayed at the Dolphin and was very pleasantly surprised. The Beds are amazing and so is the pool area and it is wonderful strolling the boardwalk every evening taking in the fireworks! I paid $149/night on a government rate in October.

Disney has the 7 nights for 4 deal.

You could check the WDW Hilton too, you can sometimes steal a room for $100 or so and you still get EMH.
