Where do you eat for healthier food?

Near Columbia Harbor House in the MK, there is the Liberty Square Market. I love getting a baked potato there. They have yogurt and fruit also. And spiced corn on the cob, though I haven't gotten that. You could get the baked potato and a bowl of vegetarian chili from CHH next door. Yum!

I also love the Sunshine Seasons place.

My answer: Your villa! If you can eat two healthy meals and one somewhat healthy out then I think it all balances out. Plus, bringing along healthy snacks instead of purchasing the ubuquitous pretzel is a win!

Our problems is desserts down here. We have salads a lot. If you happen to be in your room around dinner or lunch time - a quick stop to Publix will be great (we do this sometimes). We do buy them at the parks/pool area. We ate at Backlot Express for the first time and noticed a grilled vegetable sandwich which was delicious. Need to look for this in other counter service areas. Will definitely get it again. We try not to do fries (maybe once for the week?). We don't do hot dogs and some other "bad foods". Always look for a healthier option/alternative.

Well, it was a pretty good trip.

Although only three days I found some great healthy options. I went for MorimotoAsia and had Sashimi but no soy sauce, whole grain turkey sandwiches with very little mayo. And we brought some healthy options to eat in the room. Seafood seemed to be the big go-to for me.

POR and AoA both have a create your own salad in there food court. You can get fresh fruit at stands in all the parks.
