My wife and I are going down for Halloween weekend to SSR. I have never needed to keep on eye one what I eat. This particular occasion I am needing to cut back the bad stuff. We plan to eat breakfast in the room and then have lunch and dinner when we are out and about.
I was thinking sushi but instead of soy sauce I could do a sweet chili sauce. Salmon, grilled chicken. . . I was also thinking of trying The Wave.
What tips do you have for trying to eat low/no salt, or low fat? Do you have any favorite restaurants to accomplish this?

). We do not use Whole Food because most of the stores have a good amount of organic produce/products and that's what we stick to on vaca. We still eat out but by the end of the week us girls are less enthusiastic about it. Our guys don't share our preference, so they will eat anything, it's a gender thing in our family.
