Where do the concierge staff sit in the Hawaii Building at Poly

I know the lounge where the food/drinks is located on the 2nd floor. However, are the staff right next to it? Where do they sit? If I request a room close to the lounge, will it be awkward to see them and feel being watched all the time? Thanks

I don't know if it will change during renovation but their desks used to be on the first floor as soon as you walked through the main doors. I imagine it will be the same. It seemed a good system I thought.
