Hi everyone, tried the search but it is down. I know this has been brought up before but I am looking for some email addresses so I can send in a complaint. Sent one back in Nov to WDW communications (the address I was given at the hotel) and they wrote back saying they would contact me within a week or two. Still haven't heard from them 6 weeks later. Now I want to write to someone that will actually listen. Couldn't find anything on Disney.com Thanks

Don't get your hopes up. I had a very valid complaint voiced back in April and got the same response...... to this day, I haven't heard back from them.

Email complaints aren't worth the paper they're printed on. ;)

Send a letter detailing your experience to:

Guest Relations
Walt Disney World
P.O. Box 10,000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000

It will carry much more weight and get channeled to the proper department head much better than an email which usually goes no further than the person who reads it initially.

Sent a email to them to complain about CRO back in Nov. I got a call from them, on New Years Days. She was very cordial and offered to pay my phone bills for all the time I spent trying to get my information correct. I was really surprised I heard at all.

Disney always call they never want to discuss a complaint in writing and usually the CM is placating and understanding without actually addressing the problem. It is as though the complaint is in your imagination and it is hard to geta straight answer.

I also had a very valid complaint and got the same reply. I went as far as to complain in writing also. Unfortunately I never got a response:(

I sent a letter to Guest Services and the GF GM days after our return home in July. I heard nothing until mid-October (and our complaints were very valid). I imagine they get a large volume of mail, so it just takes time. Plus, our issues were "investigated" before we got a response.

It depends on what your complaint was about. If it's a resort related complaint, call the resort and ask for the name of the general manager. Then address the letter directly to that person and send it via Fed Ex/Overnight mail directly to the resort. CC the PO Box 10,000 address as well.

Keep your letter to the facts, unemotional, and on one page. And tell them exactly what you want them to do about it. (Refund, apology, etc., but be realistic--don't expect a reply if you tell them you want a ten day expense paid trip because your room wasn't cleaned before noon one day :) )

Doing this got me an almost immediate response with my complaint a few years back, and I was satisfied with the outcome.

Thank you all for the responses. I think I will get the name of the GM of the resort. My dh also recommended that.

I'm not really looking for an apology, refund etc. but just want my complaints known so that in the future guests won't be put thru the same terrible experience I went thru. And maybe they wil learn to train their employees a little better!!

Again, thanks for the addresses and stories. I'm not about to let this go so they'll hear from me one way or another!!

I wrote snail mail and sent the main letter certified to the Al Weiss, Eisner, Rasulo, Cockerwell, to the general manager of the resort , Guest Communications, and Guest Relations. Recently I went the Al Weiss route (snail mail) with an email copy to guest relations. I got an email by return mail acknowledging my complaint and stating that the issue would be under investigation and that I would hear back within several weeks. I was clear and unemotional about my complaints, but did not presume to suggest what WDW could do about my ruined vacation.

well mine was emotional and I included pictures that sinked it..

What a great idea!! Wish I would have thought of that! A tape recorder would have been a plus too! My word against theirs....You know the story!!
