Where do I send a complaint letter?

I had a wonderful week but a horrible experience last week and I wanted to send a letter to someone. Anyone know where I send it?

Hello ~

Go to the Disney web site and click on contact us, email them from there and they usually respond in 3 days or less....good, bad, whatever the reason. Good luck!
