Soarin is accessible all the way from entrance to boarding. You will park your ECV in the same room as the ride seats. You can park as close as you want. If it’s in the way, the CM will move it before the ride starts and you will get it from where it’s parked after the ride.
DAS Return Times are obtained from a CM at the Fastpass entrance. There are often 2 CMs there. Look for the one with an iPad.
TT line is accessible all the way from entrance to boarding. If you can step down into the boat, you will be directed where to leave the ECV and a CM will take it to an elevator to go across the track. There is an alternative boarding area at the seat belt check area where the ride car is higher. At that area, you need to step or slide over the side of the ride car to get in and out - kind of like getting into a high bathtub. If you board there, you would get there by using a small elevator.

Frozen line is accessible all the way from entrance to boarding. It is dimly lit and the line does wind around. Go slow and take your time - we see people using
ECVs in the line all the time and the only ones I’ve seen having trouble are going too fast. The unload area is just past the loading area. When you get close, a CM will show you where to park. The ride car is a high step over, then a step down to get in.

Living with the Land Fastpass line is accessible; if you don’t have a Fastpass, they may be giving out wheelchair return times (at the Fastpass entrance - DAS Return is obtained there too).
Depending on how many people are in the regular line and how straight the path is; I have seen guests with wheelchairs and ECVs in the regular line. The accessible boat is wheelchair accessible, but not ECV accessible. Guests using ECVs are directed past the boarding area to park at the unload area.
Spaceship earth - other people mentioned the boarding for that. I just want to mention that Spaceship Earth has a moving walkway. They usually slow it for the group of disabled guests to board. They do not like to stop it - there have been guests who got our of their ride vehicle when it stopped. The CM on the track has a ‘stop button’ that can be used if necessary.
