a link to make ADRs online? I can't find it on the official park website or here anywhere? Maybe (likely) I'm just having a major brain fart...

Anywhere on the Disney site that links to dining will take you there. Just click on Planning then Dining from the first Disney page. Then you should find it. Pick a restaurant and it will have a link there to make a reservation. If you associate your reservation # (it will ask you that as well) - then you can book with the +10 on-site guest benefit.
