Where do I find the How To Sticky???

I am new to this site and have been searching for the How To Sticky.... I must be blind because I cannot find it Can someone please help me??

Thank you!! I saw these posts and read them, but I figured there was one entitled "How to Sticky" that I couldn't find. I assumed that perhaps a "Sticky" is just a post that was pinned to the top of the board?

Yes I'm not quite sure why we call they stickys
They are just post that are usually at the top of a Forum that explain how to navigate your way around that Forum. Yes they have a thumb tack beside them and sometimes they have been locked by the moderator of the Forum.

Great, thanks for the explanation! It's nice that folks are so helpful on these boards! Lots to learn. It took me a little while to figure out that I needed 10 posts before I could add a picture to my profile and send PMs.
