after the holidays???

I was watching the Food Channel show last night and it's amazing the amount of edible decorations!!

My DH and I were imagining a big party on January 2nd with all the staff gorging on the gingerbread mansion and the African village!!!

Ewww! Stale gingerbread that lots of little fingers have prodded! Not my idea of dessert, but you never can tell what might go on after hours!
