Where did you order ID bracelets for your kids?

I want to get the silicone bracelets for my kids for our upcoming trip. Where did you guys buy yours? How much were they? how much was shipping? How long did it take to get to you? (we have 24 days to go)

Thank you!

I got them here. I had them engraved w/ "If Lost Call Mom (cell) #," and "If Lost Call Dad (cell) #."

We have two kids and I got two for each (so we had a back up in case one was lost, etc) and it cost us about $12 including shipping. They took less than a week to arrive.

FWIW, my 6yo dd wore hers on her wrist but I put 2yo ds' on his ankle! Both worked great!

Thank you - I never thought of getting 2 each - good idea! I'm about to get a new cell so I want to wait until I get a new number before I order these - I should still have enough time if they only took about a week.

Road ID also makes great ID items. DH and I each have one for when we run, but they'd be perfect for kids, too. There is even a version that attaches to shoes.

ETA: Sorry - I read the OP too quickly. I didn't realize you were looking for the silicone kind. Sorry!

I bought $5 ID tag at our pet store. I put mine and grandma's cell #'s. You can add them to chain, I pinned it to the child.

I like the Road ID for me for running, but when I asked the kids which one they would agree to wear they said the rubber bracelets! :) I figure whatever they will not complain about wearing will be great!

We used www.sayitbands.com because they offered a toddler size band. Our kids are so skinny that the youth size bands fall off of their wrists. We had them printed with our cell phone number. You can order as few as 1 or you can get lots. They also sent us 5 extra bands in a variety of colors for no extra charge. The company processed our order very quickly too (ordered Sunday evening & bands arrived Thursday).

My two (ds 6, dd ~3) wear stainless steel id bracelets 24/7. They have come in handy many times (like when someone needs to reach me and can't find my number right away). They look like medical ids so they get noticed and I've gotten many "great idea" comments. I got mine from Childs Id (they have necklaces, dog tags, etc). I liked them as they had more design options, and a smaller size plaque for my dd (she's worn hers since she was around 1 yr). The top has an image engraved (fun for kids) and the back has their full name, dob, address, phone, parents' names with cells. I also love that the clasp is difficult to open (even for me) so I don't worry about them taking them off.

Here are some links:

http://www.idtags.com/ (similar, but laser engraved-much easier to read)
