"Where did y'all get those shirts?" Fried, Tie-Dyed, and Places Mickey Hides.

Well yesterday was our last Park day...today starts off with Packing up our Luggage and Staging it to load up tonight before bedtime.

We pack...pack...unpack...repack...swap this item to this case and that item to the other. Dirty Laundry in some of the Bigger Disney Bags...

Satisfied we head over to the Pepper Market for Lunch...then we pick up our remaining packages at Panchito's. Then we head over to DTD to see if we can't polish off our Snack credits at Goofy's Candy Shop.

I take my Photopass card to buy those shots of Minnie kissing the Boy's...and our Family phot in front of the Castle. We head back to the CSR to relax in the room and freshen up before our last great Adventure.

Just one week before we left I was able to schedule us some seats at the "Spirit of Aloha" show at the Poly. Good food and Hula Dancers...and it was the Wife's Idea...who am I to deny her. :lmao:

The Show was at 5:30pm so we leave the CSR around 4 and park at the MK lot so we can Ride the Monorail...again...we love the Monorail.

We are early enough to check out the Poly a little too.

Our Waiters name was Mario.

Our Appetizers were Fresh Pineapple and some Sweet Bread...both were excellent...and I had several refills of Pineapple....oh yeah there was a salad of some sort...but I'm not a salad guy.

They give you a little show...then break to give you time to eat.
The Entrees were some really good Ribs and Chicken...the Chicken was just OK...but the Ribs were out of this world good...Gluttony is not becoming...but heck when it's all you can eat...go for it!!! :thumbsup2

The only Food Porn I have is of the Chocolate Moose Volcanos covered in Pineapple and Raspberry Sauce. :thumbsup2

We have had probably our best trip to WDW ever...and this was a great way to finish it off.

We ride the Monorail back to the TTC and make it back to the CSR via the Minivan about 15 minutes later. As we get to the Room the Skies open up...making me thankful I had scheduled the earliest showing of the Spirit of Aloha.

We hit the hay as we have a long trip back to Tennessee the next tomorrow...hope to leave around 9pm.

Hope you caught Day 10 as well...I did 2 updates today....Try to get the Final installment tomorrow.

We had the Front Center Table at SOA too...but were the 3rd party back.

I wish I could say I was going next year...but we probably won't have the funds. Have to see how things are working out with the FIL.

Glad to have you back and updating again! Love all the shopping Mel does! :thumbsup2

Hey Kathy!

She did buy more than usual...but most of the time she just looked around. I love that type of shopping.

Looks like a great trip...I can sense the melancholy mood when you finally have to leave.

Ohhh... that pineapple and ribs sound great. I'll have to make sure we add SOA to our next trip. Great update!

I get up around 7:00 and start packing Bessy...again thankful for the extra space Stow and Go seating provides in our T&C.

We head over to El Centro. We have 9 Meal credits left and we are leaving in about an hour.

We each get Breakfast and I get an extra "meal" in the form of a Fruit Tray...which we all share.

4 Meal Credits left. Thank goodness for Cafe Rix...we grab some sandwich packs and top off our Mugs and we are done... all meals accounted for. :thumbsup2

We make one final sweep of Panchito's...I go out to the Lake to see if Glenn is hanging out... nope...Mavis is though. Take in one last view of the CSR. Hope to come back real soon!

We Pull out of the CSR around 9:15AM. Pass the Sign...we have left the Magic. :sad1:

The Traffic was a little thick going through Orlando...:scared1: But it flowed pretty smoothly. Seems like it took forever to reach Jacksonville...I take the I 295 Bypass so we can go over the 3 mile long Buckman Bridge. :woohoo:

The Bypass is a little long and out of the way...but allot less traffic and the Bridge is so cool.

We get to the Georgia about 12:00PM...and we take a restroom break. Back on the road.

We hit the SC Welcome Center about an hour later...and break out those Cafe Rix Sandwiches. Hit the Spot.

We keep on cruising along...for some reason? :confused3 It's like becoming a tradition with my family...but every trip back just around 50-60 miles south-east of Columbia we get some extreme weather...the stuff that you can't see 2 feet in front of you...wind blowing...just waiting for a funnel cloud to decend upon you. freaky!!!

We navigate the foul weather and before you know it...NC around 6pm...I make it to Asheville around 7pm...and we are hungry and I need a break...when in Asheville I always like to go to Moe's. hope you al have a Moe's in your area...great Burritto's and their Salsa is the best. :thumbsup2

From there it's about another hour to our House...we get home just before 9:30.

I'd like to thank all of you who joined my story, and I would like to apologize for taking so long to finish...I really intended to be done by early September.

Hope to make another trip soon...maybe next time I'll take a few more Pictures and let them do the talking.

Again Thanks for Joining!

See ya again real soon!!!

I love the food porn.:thumbsup2

It's too bad our trips must come to an end. :sad2:
We love to go the MK on our last night to watch wishes that way we always have that last great night to finish things off. We always hang around late on our last night and try and soak up as much as we possibly can.

I saw our boys were a little teary eyed that night. Poor little guys.
Funny, I think I remember I got something in my eye on our last night.:rolleyes1

Great updates, glad to have you back, I hate when work gets in the way of the Disboards. :lmao:

Just noticed the last entry, Thanks for letting us come along.

At least you finished before that other guy.......who will remain nameless!! HA HA

I liked the Food allot better than the show...thought the Fire Guy was entertaining.

I love the food porn.:thumbsup2

:sad2: It's over. :sad2:

I have thoroughly enjoyed following your family's trip and thank you so much for sharing them and you with us. Loved your adventures, shopping, trying to hide from having a picture taken, hidden Mickey's, etc.

It really seems like you and your family had a great time! Thanks for all the HM pics! 9 credits left on the last day!!!!:scared1: Glad you got to using them all up!! :)

Now the Disney depression really kicks in! LOLOLOL Time to spend time drowning your sorrows on the DIS Dads thread! :thumbsup2

Thanks for the TR!

by the way...those volcanoes look muy yummy yummy

The end of a trip report seems almost as sad as the end of the trip itself, but without the 12 hour drive back home. Great trip, great report.

Next time, we'll swing by with the DisDad's Party Bus and all hang out down there. No trip reports for that one, though. Can't write down any evidence!:thumbsup2

Great Job!

Thanks for the great trip report Nate! It was fun reading along and anticipating our trip.

Man, ya made it to the finish line unscathed...:lmao::lmao:

You shoulda taken 9A vice 295, (Going right instead of Left off the I95 295 merger) then you'd have gotten to hit the Dames Point Bridge---big Suspension Bridge...

Did you stop at Exit 1, 3 or 6 in Georgia....if so you should've waved to DW and DS:rotfl:
