where did magic bands go?!?!

ok so i made a change in an upcoming reservation for May 30th-june 3rd. i had to go through guest services to change the head guest on the reservation. (they had to cancel the current reservation and rebook it with the new head guest. Now I went in and redid the magic band customization... however now the option to customize a separate reservations (for november) bands are no longer shown, yet the november reservation is still showing up in my reservations list just no way to customize magic bands for ppl in party for that trip.
Any idea what went wrong I'm calling disney back again when the lines open it just feels like whenever they fix an issue on one trip the other one gets an issue
