Where can you rent a car while staying on site at WDW.

We are going to be in WDW and were thinking about renting a car for the day. We were wondering if anyone knew where we could rent close or on site at Disney and not pay a fortune. Thanks alot Ron...

I don't know about the fortune part but National has a rental place at the auto plaza near magic kingdom. They will pick you up from a Disney hotel.

National also has a desk at the Dolphin Hotel.

You will sometimes find the onsite daily rate a little less then offsite. Strange but true.

In the DTD hotel area, there is an Avis at the Hilton and a Dollar rental at the Courtyard.

Alamo also is in the Dolphin. You might want to check quotes on both. When my mother was down in Jan, she picked up a car for the remainder of her trip and the quote from Alamo was much cheaper than National.
