Where can we see Mickey?

I decided too late to try to get a reservation for the Topolino's character breakfast. Anywhere else outside the parks where we can see Mickey? We are planning to go before the Chef Mickey character breakfast reopens.

Garden Grill or Hollywood & Vine (both in parks), if it must be a character meal. Otherwise you can catch him in cavalcades/flotillas at all four parks. That's it right now.
