Been there done that and was not impressed. The price is way too high for the simple buffet that they serve at Chef Mickey's. We are going 4/30/08 and are not on the DDP. My kids notified me today that they will be very upset if they don't get to eat with Mickey. We do have a couple ADRs booked already for Ohana's, CP, and Le Cellier and was hoping not to book anymore but now I think we may have to. We may cancel CP for something with Mickey. Any suggestions??:goodvibes

We really enjoy the Garden Grill, the characters were dressed like farmers and the food is brought to you family style. The other one we really like is the Ohana breakfast with Stitch, Mickey was there dressed in a hawaiian shirt. It was family style too.

Thanks for the info! We are not big breakfast eaters so it would be a waste of money. As far as garden grill, we only have 1 day planned for Epcot (as of now anyway) and we really want to go to Le Cell. Does Garden Grill have dinner too or just lunch??

Garden Grill does Dinner, i don't know if the characters are there for lunch but they are for dinner.

No, LTT is typically Minnie, Goofy, Chip, and Dale.

Garden grill is, I think, the only other dinner with Mickey.

It just seems so strange that there are only 2 places in all of Disney where you can have dinner with Mickey. Oh well, at least we'll be in Disney!

The Garden Grill. Fixed all you can eat menu. It is okay. We liked CM better.

If you are looking for good food, good value and characters - you are not going to find it. Character meals are all expensive (they used to do the ice cream social, but they stopped that several years ago), and the food is - in my experience - universally disappointing. You are paying for the experience.

We shell out for our expensive breakfast/lunch/dinner - then we eat lightly and usually eat something digestable after leaving.

Don't forget, Mickey is also at the Safari Breakfast in Animal Kindgom. Or at least he was last year before they moved it to Tuskar House.
