where can kids get adult meals at CS restaurants?

Does anyone have a list of CS restaurants where children can order adult meals? Thank you!!!

Children can order "adult" meals with children's dining plan credits if the CS restaurant does not have a separate children's menu.

The one I am certain about is Pizza Planet at the Studios. I think there may be a couple of others that I can't recall.

I understand that where there is no child menu, children can order off the regular menu. Which CS locations do not have a separate child menu?
