Where can I trade in my vouchers for my tickets?

I have FL Res Play 4 days passes.....can we trade these for actual tickets at guest services at our hotel(POFQ)? Can we do it at DTD guest services? Is our only choice to do it at the gate?

Also, where can we pick up our Luau tickets? At the resort?

Luau tickets can be picked up at the hotel front desk/guest services.

As for the tickets if you have a voucher you would need to trade that in at a Guest relations locations (the hotel can sell the ticket but does not do the voucher exchange... at least that is how it has been in the past). You can exchange the voucher at Guest relations at Downtown Disney or any of the four theme parks.
