where can I rent a car near US- not airport?

I'm not even sure how I can make this work...any advice would be wonderful!!!

We will be at US from Sun-Thurs; after that we are hoping to drive to Ft Lauderdale to visit my uncle. We'll be checking out Thursday, heading to Sea World first and then driving down. My question is this- is there any place to rent a car on Thursday morning near US or SeaWorld so that we don't have to pay for a rental car from Sun-Thurs when we won't need it?

We just weren't sure how we'd pick it up...
