Where can I go for iTunes help?

I click on the download button at the ipod site to download iTunes for DD's new ipod nano, and get that stupid red fist. Then I get sent to a page that says thank you for downloading itunes, but nothing has downloaded yet!! Argh!!!

Please help me...I can't figure out what to do.

Does anybody know what I should do, or know a discussion board somewhere where I can go for help. DD wants to take her new ipod on our upcoming trip, if I can get it figured out by then! Please help.

Thanks! I did find that site after I posted here. No answer to my question yet, but I'm hoping someone will answer me soon. In the meantime, I'm headed to the public library as soon as it opens to try to download iTunes onto a cd using their computer. I'm hoping I can then put it into my computer to install from there. Maybe that will work. I'm crossing my fingers!
