They sell a frozen strawberry/lemonade in a cup at AK (I've seen them sold at a cart inside Tarzan Rocks, but I'm sure they have them somewhere else). They also had frozen rootbeer (my husband said it was gross and he'll drink almost anything!)

If I remember correctly, my husband got fruit tulips at the Fountainview Bakery in Epcot. It was like a tart filled with fresh fruit with a sort of glaze on it. He absolutly loved them. I'm a chocolate mousse fan myself, and the chocolate mousse at the Fountainview is to die for.
