Where can I get my photo taken in my wedding gown?

I am planning my honeymoon and would love to have my photo taken by Cindy's castle but I just found out this is not allowed unless you are getting married on Disney property.

Does anyone know if this is true at the resorts too? Like could I go to the Grand Floridian and get my picture with the castle as a backdrop?

Has anyone ever hired a Disney (or non-Disney) photographer to take pictures of them in the park?
