Where can I get Magic Bands on the internet?

I'm coordinating a trip for my brothers family (3 generations - 8 people) and would like to be able to get them Magic Bands as a surprise. The Magic Bands on ShopDisney are very limited lately. I'm trying to find an online vendor that sells them. I've looked on eBay, but I can't bring myself to pay $35 each or more. Does anyone know of any Disney re-sellers that have a fairly decent selection of unlinked magicbands?

ETA: They are staying off-property using hotel points.
