Disney's MGM Studios? I am going to be down in Disney World for my birthday! And the first park we are going to do when we get there is MGM Studios, so I would like to get one there if I can.

Thanks in advance!

My friend had her birthday there a couple of years ago and I think she got her button at Guest Relations. Have a happy birthday!!

Thanks to the both of you! Now I just have to wait for Sept. to get here! LOL I know it's kind of  to ask about this kind of thing so far out, but I just like to have everything all figured out ahead of time( plus I love to plan, when it comes to Disney trips).

DH just celebrated his 30th b-day in the World on 4/16. We collected all the b-day pins, and just to let you know, the MK and MGM pin are the same! (Very disappointing!) You can get unique pins for the other 2 parks, and also at Downtown Disney! All b-day pins can be picked up at Guest Relations at the main entrance of each park.

Have fun!!!

Thanks for that info.! That is very disappointing that MGM does not have there own birthday button. Did your DH get a lot of attention from the CM, when he had his birthday button on?

It was "the birthday that lasted a week!" He only wore his pin on his actual day, but did collect them at all the parks. We weren't expecting a ton (I didn't know how "out of their way" they went for adults) but he got lots of greetings from both guests and CM's, some CM's had people in line sing to him, and at all the restaurants where I had his b-day noted on the reservation (and even some that I didn't!) they brought out a nicely decorated dessert. Our resort also left him a cake, card signed by the Mouse himself, and a safari Mickey figurine in our room. Needless to say, it was quite a special week for him!! Hope yours is just as great!!!

Wow, that is very cool that Mickey Mouse left him a birthday card and a Mickey figurine in your room! It sounds like he had an awesome birthday at Disney World, it can't get any better than that! I can't wait to see what happens to me, when I have my birthday button on( but I won't get my hopes up to high, just in case). And thanks, am sure my birthday will be great( after all I will be at Disney World)!

Watch out - it will make you want to spend all your birthdays in the World!

As I told him - hmm, we have AP's. Are you going to bring me back to celebrate my 28th in August? Here's hoping!! :cheer2:

Does anyone have a pic of the birthday button that they could post?

As a previous poster said, it does get habit-forming. My DH took me to celebrate my 48th BD with Mickey & the gang. Then we went back last year for my 50th. Get the Button, it's fun :goodvibes We started out with haircuts at the MK with pixie dust in our hair, pictures on mainstreet, breakfast at the bakery on Main Street, followed by a complete day of "just what I wanted to do"... :rotfl: He surprised me with lunch in Epcot at the revolving rest. in the Land, with the Characters & staff singing Happy BDay, cake and all! I will remember this for the rest of my life. :earsgirl: Now I want to do the same for DH this year, with a Richard Petty Driving Exp. included. We just bought DVC, so will make our first "visit home". :cheer2:

LOL, I know what you mean about how it will make you want to spend all your birthdays in Disney World! I was there on my birthday in 2000 and now, I am going back again this Sept. 2005 to have my birthday there again! I do wish I could go there every year for my birthday, that would be awesome!

I hope your DH lets you go to Disney World for your birthday, I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

The Happy Birthday buttons at Disney MGM Studios can be found at Guest Relations. If you have already obtained one from the Magic Kingdom, you needn't bother, because there is no difference between the 2.
