Since Starring Rolls is no longer open, does anyone know if there's another location that has the butterfinger cupcake? I love that cupcake. I really don't understand why Disney closed SR.

The Trolley Car Cafe (Starbucks) at DHS was selling those cupcakes under a different name. The cupcakes were pre-packed in plastic to go boxes the last time I was there.

Im not sure what red velvet cupcakes were served at Starring Rolls, but I know they have Red Velvet cupcakes at Contempo in the Contemporary Resort. Not sure if they are the same.

Just googled Contempo Red Velvet and found pictures of them!!!

Sometimes the food court on the Land at Epcot has cupcakes, but not always. I think they had a red velvet one once. I think Beach Club Marketplace refrigerated secrion had a red velvet cupcake once also. Selection changes at both of those places, however.

I think there's a difference in red velvet cupcakes and red velvet CHEESECAKE cupcakes. Can you see the cheesecake topping? It's to die for. I feel another one of my Disney favourites is now in the history books

I am always on the lookout for cupcakes at Disney World, but I'm not a big fan of red velvet so I haven't paid much attention to that type. In my case I'm remembering that I saw it and didn't want it.

Edited to add: I checked my photo of cupcakes at Trolley Car Cafe (Starbucks) at DHS but it's old - summer 2015. The cupcakes there were:
1) Chocolate Toffee Cupcake (a/k/a Butterfinger Cupcake)
2) vanilla cupcake with buttercream icing
3) carrot cake with cream cheese icing
4) chocolate cupcake with buttercream icing
5) chocolate peanut butter cupcake.
No red velvet.

The cupcake selection at Disneyland is dismal compared to Disneyworld (at least I thought so in October). In Disneyland park, they had a few cupcakes at what I believe was called Candy Palace, but they were not pretty and the one I got seemed stale. They had cupcakes at Village Haus restaurant at Disneyland park; they were very pretty but had what I think were cherry chunks inside, which I did not like. Trolley Treats at California Adventure had a few cupcakes. There were no cupcakes at Disney Springs at the time, but Sprinkles has since opened there.
